Usage-limit resets announced by AI companies on official pages or by named staff. Each row quotes the source verbatim and shows when we captured it. Resets we could not tie to a primary source are left out.

How resets work (official)
OpenAI may occasionally provide eligible users with a one-time reset of Codex or ChatGPT Work usage limits. Eligibility, the limits affected, and any redemption or expiration requirements may vary by offer. Future resets are not guaranteed.
Limit resets are given occasionally to eligible plans, and set your usage limits back to full when you choose to use one.
On 2026-10-04 OpenAI's Tibo announced a 28-day series:
Over the next 28 days, each day we’ll either ship one thing that is a clear improvement and relevant for most codex/work users or ship a full reset.
Not included
- Further resets during that series that we could not capture from a primary post yet: not listed until verified.
